Express Delivery

  • Express Shipping is provided by DHL (Trackable Shipping).
  • Express Shipping to Europe (including Russia) costs a flat-rate fee of €22.
  • Express Shipping to Rest of the World costs a flat-rate fee of €42

Shipping to Ukraine

We use Nova Poshta when shipping to destinations in Ukraine. The shipping fee will be charged separately on delivery.

FAQ

Orders are usually shipped within 3 – 7 days.
However, it is inevitable that – as we are a very small company – there will be some delays under certain circumstances. Always feel free to contact us to ask where your order is!
Whatever happens, we will keep you informed by e-mail as to what is happening with your order.

Expected delivery times can be found in the Delivery Time table on this page. Also please keep in mind that due to COVID-19, we have noticed that International carriers are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for its arrival. In worst cases it might take up to 60 days for the order to arrive. Don’t hesitate to contact us if your order takes longer than usual to arrive.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of an order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • If some of the items from the order is missing
  • If the package is returned back due to a failed delivery attempt / incomplete address. You may request us to reship your order, additional shipping fees may be applicable.

We do our best to ensure that our miniatures are top notch quality, but if you found any defects in the received product or any parts are missing, please take a photo of the whole package and email it to us.

Please note, if you want to get a free replacement for an item with the cost of more than €20, you will have to send this item back to us first (you can send only the defective part). As soon as we receive your package, we will arrange the replacements.
